Q.Sui 6d1b8f3fc6 refactor(qiming): remove Sancai-Wuge and add runtime pools ...

Replace qiming.build with pool-bound qiming.compose, remove Sancai-Wuge rules and legacy surname overrides, and project source character data into minimal runtime tables. Qiming checks now expose only current character,五行, phonetic, and validation facts.
