* test(workers): add TWZ feed parsing regression coverage

Add a fixture-backed parser seam so the worker feed normalization can be reproduced locally without hitting the live TWZ feed.

* fix(workers): parse RSS items without string-only categories

Route feed imports through the new parser helper so feeds like TWZ still import items when rss-parser emits category objects and no dedicated item id.

* fix(workers): tighten RSS item id validation

Avoid coercing non-string item ids during feed normalization and cover the guid fallback path when feeds omit an item id.
